First look at the balcony glass on this project

Good quality on the glazing, but I wonder if the balcony motif would've been enhanced if there was a frit patterning that could add depth (?).

They should have used a warm coloured precast.

grey/charcoal precast (at least what I've seen here) always seems to turn out in disappointment.
