Anybody have best guess on when the date of completion on this project would be? I was told January 2023 but that seems awfully aggressive.

Yea, I'd say 2023 is still possible for occupancy. It's just 11 storeys tall. Not January 2023 though. 3rd quarter of 2023 would be my guess.

New renderings are updated in the database! The overall project information also changed in the database! The overall building height increased from 37.79m to 42.80m. The overall building storey count remains the same at 11 storeys. The total unit count increased from 67 units to 70 units. Finally, the total parking count decreased from 60 parking spaces to 58 parking spaces.

The renderings are taken from the architectural plan via Site Plan Approvals:

Why were you expecting a complete tower? All the photos in this thread show it's still below ground.
It was in the hole a year ago when I last shot the site a year ago and by right it should be completed or near completion based on standard construction practice. Haven't follow building thread much as I haven't been shooting much the past 2 years like I do. Used to shoot sites every month or 2 or less based on my travel. Yonge/Eglinton area and a few other areas where last shot 12-18 months ago due to weather and other things, but are now up to date. Have see a number of short tower completed in that 1 year time frame this year.

I shoot about 150 projects a year between 15-30,000 shots a year.
