Walking up Victoria Street earlier today. If you like spandrel (and whatever colour that precast is), I got plenty of it.

I wish they had carried features of the HNR building into this, or perhaps even gone for a dramatic contrast would have been better. This is pretty low-grade.
 
The architect is listed as Page & Steele on the thread now? I thought it was Diamond Schmitt?
 
As best as I know, Diamond Schmitt was the design architect, and Page + Steele the architect of record, and that they've had the reins since the value engineering.
