so,can ventus buyers use Solaris indoor pool..if no..what would prevent them.. isnt entire Metrogate one community..sharing the park etc...
 
as far as I know , the answer is "NO".......... Solaris and Ventus are separate condominium corporations with distinct ownerships, its no different than any condos in NYCC, buildings can be next to each other, but it doesn't mean one can trespass into an adjacent building to use their amenities

however, Metrogate Park will become a public space to be shared by the community (and anyone member of public for that matter) which will be owned by the City of Toronto

You seem to have bought early, were you given a price list of all the units at that time? I'm curious to know what a 2AR went for. Any tips on which floors to avoid? Looking for reassignments...

thanks TWM ... looks like the elliptically shaped Solaris got totally distorted in this rendering and resembles a cylindical shaped tower like Ultra Ovation ... o well I guess that doesn't matter now its been sold right? I gather the focus/purpose of the image is for marketing Ventus + Metrogate towns ~

Looks like excavation is complete for the 1-level underground parking garage~

Looks like the full range of permit applications have been submitted for the 2 Ventus towers, including requests for shoring permit, foundation permit, site servicing permit, mechanical permit, plumbing permit, and building permit ~

I suppose construction start for Ventus is imminent :)

What's the height of Ventus to the top of the mechanicals?

good question condovo ... perhaps TWM would have some insight?

I only know this information for Solaris~

Height of Solaris is 127m - 417ft. That is the topmost part of the building from the ground floor (I just checked with the project manager - for some reason they have to calculate height from their drawings - for them a building starts from the footing).
