Checked out this site for the first time in a while today.

Cladding looks semi-decent, nothing to write home about but it's better than anything we'll see from Marlin Spring in the area.

Drove by this weekend and it's definite a "better from a distance" thing. Up close it looks like plastic panels wanting to be precast.
