A nice partial view of Lake Ontario. Thanks to all the craft trades people who got us to this point. A huge relief.

Vita on the Lake. I like the simplicity of the design of the tower. Tastes differ, of course. Re occupancy: there are lights on in the evening on the bottom half or two thirds of the building, but not higher up.

You're right @67Cup, Vita on the Lake (and Vita Too) have lovely, clean designs on the tower floors…

…but the podium levels are spandrel-and-mullion-fests that should have had brick for warmth and human-scaled detail at ground level.
