Bit of birds eye view of the skating trail/ BMX/skateboarding area from a real estate agents Instagram story today.
I'll get some updated pictures of the actual community centre in the coming days. They're getting all the siding prepped for the eventual skirm cladding, and they are doing lots of work along Dupont/ the new diagonal street for what seems like burying of the power lines

As promised, here is a more thorough update.
Starting with the "Fieldhouse"
And now the community centre itself. Many of the future windows have been covered up with tarps in the recent weeks, I assume to keep everyone working comfortable during the upcoming winter months. As mentioned yesterday, work for the skirm continues with insulation work largely complete around the pool walls, and brackets being installed around the remaining permiter.
Landscaping work of the park continues and the future skating path looks largely roughed in.
Sidewalk work along Dupont continues with what appears to be work to bury electrical wires but I can't be too sure. I'm hopeful though!

We have windows!
The first for the new community centre have appeared on the south facing side.
Work continues on the rink/ walkway/ BMX/ skate park. You can make out the outline of the pathway in the photos below. All from today.
