They are really going to town on this.

I wonder if we will see the Kiss and Ride reopen before winter.
probably not, as it's currently used as a walkway to and from the temporary bus terminal. The Kiss and Ride probably won't return until after the temporary bus terminal is gone.

Actually.. the staffer responsible for customer relations said Q3 2025 at the earliest.

They are working on putting the sidewalk back

That doesn't really sound like a good idea to me. I think they are trying to put the cart before the horse with that. There really isn't a lot of space there for the amount of people using the bus terminal and going into the station, and having a kiss and ride as well.

Do we actually believe that they are being motivated by AODA fines to work faster, or is this just a case of an isolated project being faster than a subway mega project station?

Bit of both in my opinion.

Warden is a rather large hub and with Kennedy being a mess they need to get cracking.

That said it's also an AODA issue that's been outstanding for years.

It's best for everyone if this gets finished up quickly.

I just noticed that If you look close at my 4th photo you can see the elevator from the street to the concourse level for the subway and the bus terminal.

Both Warden and Islington were known a decade ago that both stations would miss the OADA deadline for 2025 at the rate TTC was doing the station to comply with the ACT but Old Mill will be the last one to come on line now.
