Conduit laid out prior to pour on the south side on the 4th floor.

October 14th/2013. Really liking the look of the brick. Should turn out to be a pretty decent project.

this is almost done. the frontage on Yonge looks better than the rendering, which is unusual. It will be interesting to see what goes in on the ground level.
