I like the clean lines of the precast tower and copper accent but I think the podium retail space has too much of a cavernous industrial feel.

Id rather the white precast was carried to the ground without the overhang.

I disagree. I like the lobby, reminds me of CitizenM Bowery hotel lobby in NYC.
