really liking how the buildings being set back help frame yonge street instead of simply being in line. Now if we can get some improved streetscaping / lane reduction along Yonge St.

I've generally been impressed with KPMB work, nothing flashy but it always fits the context nicely. Also nice to see Lanterra continue to improve their portfolio...Artists Alley and 50 Scollard should hopefully continue to help.
