The juxtaposition of red brick and glass towers in these photos is giving me strong Distillery District vibes.

No photos but it looks like the sidewalks on Wellesley are getting rebuilt to accommodate an entrance to the proposed park for this site. Hopefully construction of the park will start soon.

Still feeling a bit conflicted on this- the massing makes it feel a bit ungainly from close angles, as if it were an elephant's foot.
Well-detailed (especially at grade), but there's just an overwhelming amount of grey; the balcony clips miss the mark.
Definitely looking forwards to the park, and potential retail options that might give it some more life.

It's a reasonably good looking tower with lots of space around it. Glass looks a little odd though on the podium's curves. This is one of the few lots in the city I would say the building could have been substantially taller.
