Geez you're coming off strong. I still strongly believe that there's ways of making window wall work- it has to do with the individual project management in the firm as well, and how well they can maneuver these sort of developer demands.

IBI clearly knows good window wall. Check out their work for CentreCourt and GWL. Hmm, maybe it's the budget that the developer gives the architects to play with.
