Wow this crap actually makes something universally considered to be a waterfront eyesore like Pemberton's Park Lake Residences over at Lake Shore & Ellis look good.
Yeah i'm going to add the residential slabs of Daniels City of Arts to this list, not liking what i see:eek:

You have to admire their dedication to making the worst architecture possible. Seriously, it must take some conscious effort to truly be this bad.

The re-cladding companies circa 2040 are going to make a killing in this neighbourhood.
 
I'd also like to note the complete absense of thought in regard to these balconies. No one will ever use these.
 
How people expected differently from Concord (arguably the worst large scale developer in the city) is beyond me. When someone shows you who they are, believe them.
 
People like the idea of a balcony, even if they never use it. And I can personally attest that it makes a good beer cooling spot on cold days.
I use my balcony. And I like the idea of it too. But I think it's essential to try to use one if you have it. It's a great amenity.
