January 12. Occupancy is well underway, with a number of residents having now moved in. Furnishings visible and lights are on in a number of units. The amenities also appear to be in good shape, with several residents visible in the ground floor gym (photo below).
First, the south side of the building, backing on to the Stack Market, then the west facade, followed by photos from the interior courtyard, including one of the gym in use (this one from a distance to respect their privacy). Then pictures of the legacy building from the south (courtyard) side, and then finally from north or Niagara street side.

A photo of the new building, along with photos of both the north and south sides of the legacy structure - The Essery. There has been minimal, if any material work done over the past months on the legacy buildings - they may be on hold at this point, waiting on a change in business conditions / interest rates.
