My goodness, this looks like it's going to turn out being even worse than Westlake. I really dont know how Omni and P+S accomplished that feat.
 
What are you seeing ?
The first 3 levels of glass and spandrel. To be fair, yes the balcony glass and balcony treatments are obviously not there yet but I highly doubt both of those will be the saving grace of this project.

The entry road to Westlake from Park Lawn now has curbs rebuilt to lead some traffic north towards Key West and eventually on to South Beach condos. This strip is getting short commercial buildings between Park Lawn and the condo towers too, just like many of the development along Lake Shore just a block away.

Below, looking south across the only remaining developable site on this side of Park Lawn. The vacant property at #42 is now owned by Amexon who built South Beach, just behind us.

This shot is taken on Stephen Drive, looking south across the Queensway and Ontario Food Terminal. Westlake Encore is just starting to enter the HBS skyline from here.

What standards is the building using for sound & smoke reduction? Is the completion date for Encore May 2018?
