Movement on what seems to be an ancient plan near Weston. Unsure if there is a thread as searching didn't bring one up but this appears to have gone through the OMB at some point.

The fencing and signage is all new this year according to google maps.

Design is nothing flashy, but commercial at grade is always a plus to me. (Source)
