Based on the rendering, the podium and first 3 levels of the tower facing Yonge have the brown framing. While the remainder of the building will be white.

The brown is nice, the white isn't so much. Maybe because the mullions are white it will look better once more is up but i'm not very optimistic.

Yeah, the white parts of the haus are looking way too West Block-ish.

I like parts of this but the brown throws me for a loop; I think black would have been a much better choice.

Why they couldnt have used that brown throughout the whole tower is really beyond me. Instead they decided to bring us that cheap spandrel laced white.
