Note: Owner is seeking City Council planning approvals. Detailed design was forwarded to Council for approval early Fall, 2009. Owner expects Working drawings for the structures will be completed Spring, 2010. It is undetermined if the Const Mgr will manage Sub trade tender and construction for all of the structure, or if some tenants will secure General Contractors. Owner expects tender and construction schedules will be finalized Spring, 2010. Further update at that time.

Project: proposed construction of a retail development.
This phase will include 293,000 sq meters of retail, large format retail, and entertainment space including cinemas, live theatre, open air galleria, skating park and casinos. The project will also include construction of
two 150-room boutique-inspired Hotels. Retail will be developed in three districts; The Ice Park Plaza District; The Galleria District; and the Euro-Fashion District.

Note: Preliminary planning is ongoing. Detailed design has been forwarded to City Council as part of the Development approval application submission made by the Owner Summer, 2009. Approval of this phase is anticipated Fall, 2009. Schedules for Working drawings, tender and construction of this phase are undetermined pending occupancy of Phase One, report number 9108427 and the Owner's decision to proceed. Further update Spring, 2010.

Project: proposed construction of a residential development with commercial and office space. This project is the second phase of the Woodbine Live development followed under report number 9108427. The project will include 3,000 residential units in townhouse, loft, and condominium apartment units. This phase will be anchored by a town square and will include amenity shopping, lined by pedestrian walkways. This phase will also include one million square feet of office space.
