Casino just for starters. Methinks the Fords might be playing 3D checkers here.
And so, will coach Ford and brother Doug now tout this location as being the right spot for their casino love?
Or with the land they have it could be used as a secondary airport to replace the island airport that david miller had closed.
This project is on hold. Owner is finalizing city council zoning and financial approvals. Owner expects working drawings for the structures will begin pending final municipal council site plan approvals. Interior fit-out projects will be identified based on tenant needs and completion of base buildings. Further update late spring 2014.

Councillors voted Wednesday in favour of the additions to the track located in Rexdale, which has seen a 26 per cent decline in employment in the last decade.
After an all-day debate, city council has voted 25-19 to support expanded gaming at Woodbine Racetrack in the northwest part of the city.
Mayor John Tory, a strong proponent of the plan, said he doesn’t diminish opponents on council who are concerned about problems created by gambling.
“My support for taking this proposition to the next stage does, however, arise out of a profound determination that I have to see more jobs become available in the northwest corner of the city, an area that has been starved for jobs and opportunity for a long, long time,” Tory said before the vote.
The track is located in Rexdale which has seen a 26 per cent decline in employment in the last decade.
The mayor said he would have been less supportive of the plan if horse racing betting and slot machines weren’t already on the site.
But he Tory said he is counting on the additional investment he expects to flow from other development on the 680-acre site.
Three members of Tory’s executive committee, Deputy Mayor Denzil Minnan-Wong, Paul Ainslie and James Pasternak, voted against expansion.
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp. has proposed almost doubling the number of slot machines on site – to 5,000 – and adding 120 gaming tables, such as black jack, craps and roulette. A search for an operator is underway.
