“Part of what we’re trying to do is hold developers accountable.” I'm always glad to see these kinds of suits because builders have been able to do anything they want. If there's a problem, all they do is stall and stall and stall until the purchaser gets fed up and stops bugging them. It's a tactic that is used often.

As long as developers keep cutting corners, and tarion keeps protecting them, we'll be seeing more lawsuits just like this one.

GG's a pretty good builder, though.

The forecourt areas, sidewalks and curbs still need to be graded and poured on both sides of the building (Jarvis+Charles), in fact, half way to Church Street on Charles as they used that fugly Toronto Hydro building space next door as a quasi-staging area.

The roof-line looks horrendous!

It looks like cheap glass with a cheap steel frame which they just slopped on top of the building.

You can quite easily see the mechanical boxes and equipment. It's the same with The Four Seasons.

Do they think we're blind?
