Odd to see demolition of a building I've actually been in a significant amount of times. Lots of late night snacks and mid-day lunches have been had in that McD's over the years. Very surreal to see it as a pile of rubble.

It is odd. I used to be in the area frequently since a friend lived there, and I often went to that McDick's, (non-affectionately dubbed "Ghetto Burger"). One year on my birthday I was so trashed and inhaled a 20 McNugget box in like 2 minutes, haha.
I won't miss this dumpy, suburban plaza at all. Good riddance.

They had a really large hole after demolition of the mini strip mall/McDs, which was then filled in.
Can anyone tell me why they do that if they are going to be digging back down for parking etc?

I assume it's so the pile drivers could move around freely without worrying of going off balance
