Yeah, what an awesome space. Was this funded by s.37 funds?

Can't think of many other elevated public spaces in the city; pretty neat.
 
Bit of a jump from 1954 to 2020 isn't it? Looks like a cool little display though, I'll have to check it out.
 
They haven't promoted it yet. I wonder if they're having a opening event?
I assume they're waiting for predictable nice weather, so maybe mid-August?

I was there today :)

Some of the steps lead to an office window. They haven't installed doors yet.
 
Missing a cafe. The Aroma should move upstairs.
 
The 2020 figure is no longer accurate. The Eglinton Crosstown would open in 2021. Quick, change the metal display!
 
Will this wood really last after a couple years of rain, snow, sleet, hail etc? Just wondering with what it was like today.

I suppose in the afternoon, as the soon moves across the sky, the tower will provide increasing shade. But on a hot day at noon, one is out of luck.
