Project End Im not completely sure you're right about that. As a buyer into the building, the picture you posted in exactly what the model has been like since I purchased in April 2013 along with my marketing material given to me on day of signing. The north building was meant to have linear balconies while the southern was to have that shuffled motif. Am I missing what you are saying?

The site is fenced up since yesterday and work seems to be underway early this morning. Lot of noise.

The concrete wall they have put up beside the foundation of the jinxed brewpub is huge. At least 2 feet thick, if not more. I noticed they started demolition of the back end of the old building where the sales office is yesterday.
 
Looks like there's quite the dog's breakfast under the surface there.
