Probably chose the worst day to take these photos but the balconies of the southern volume are starting installation.

The white perforated balcony cladding does look like significantly better quality than balconies with the frosted glass used on the north-west section of the tower.

Frosted looks way better IMO. However the two towers having different balcony treatments could look good if it ever gets done on the zig zagged side
