The kitchens are small in every unit, even the $4,500 per month 2 bed, 2..5 bath unit.

They are all styled to be organized against a single wall, like this: (from rental site), with the set-up being a just a bit longer in larger units.

THE PIVOT: Update
Here are various views of apartments I recently inspected. Top quality finishes and appliances. A couple units were staged to show the "lived in" look
From the higher floors, you can see for miles through floor to ceiling windows. Something that's not mentioned anywhere is $200. per month for parking on top of the premium rent. Some units are finished with white kitchen cupboards and stone counter while others are finished in a medium brown woodgrain. Here's the website to see schematics and prices. https://www.livingatpivot.com/ Some views are VR; use the mouse to navigate the suite.

Sunnyray;
Did the Pivot links work for you?

All the pivot links in your original post works - on both my iPad and laptop with Windows
When you tested, site might have been down or if you’re with Rogers internet - it’s been really spotty lately in Yonge -Sheppard - Finch area,.... ok, more lost connection than usual

I suppose I'll give thumbs marginally up for the tower, despite being a run-of-the-mill glass box, it was done nicely enough to avoid the spamdrelicious eyesores that encompasses many of these types of buildings. But a big thumbs down for not taking the opportunity to work with the site's more Brutalist elements...rather they seem to make an effort to hide this fact as if it never happened. And not quite succeeding in doing so. So it comes out disingenuous, clashing and a bit cheezy at best. Better luck next time when they have another go at this site in another 50 years or so, I guess?

I saw that Sushi place "under the escalators" at Yonge Sheppard Centre got posted on Kijiji yesterday for a sale price of $149k. Interesting. It mentions the lease is for 8 years - is that common in commercial real estate circles? I know little about that field, but it seems lengthy. In theory that's a great location with a lot of foot traffic (literally - the escalators go "over" it!) in terms of its position in the mall (on the way to the food court, postal outlet, and tunnel leading North) but of course I don't envy any small restaurant, quick service or retailer trying to make it these days.

Even after the mall was completed, before Covid, there was little foot traffic. After Covid arrived, their sales dropped considerably and they closed the outlet. Their claim of $10,000. weekly sales is ludicrous. They were lucky to do $500. on a good day. Leases from Riocan were for 10 years. I would audit their sales records before I gave them any money. I think $50,000. would more than cover their limited equipment and "goodwill", not $149,000.
Tacoritto's 436 sq. ft. are also for sale and they claim a ridiculous $14,000. per week in sales. It's closer to $3,000. or less.The food court is empty at lunch time; no office workers or students. The seating area is closed off. Before Covid, you couldn't find a seat. Most of the units in the food court and those fronting Yonge at street level are for sale.

Potatopia, in the food court has given up its lease on its 326 sq, ft. unit. The franchise had some success in American malls pre-Covid and this was their first Canadian operation. They had limited sales from day one on their over-priced baked potatoes. I feel bad for the "mom and pop" owners who are now out a lot of money.

BUSY BEES GETTING READY FOR WINTER:

The hives are located on the L.A. Fitness roof and are looked after by The Teddy Bee Honey Company. There was a lot of activity during the recent warm
weather but activity is starting to slow down.
