Pretty sure this is for the APTA conference coming up. A bit on the PR side, but it has a few good vintage clips of PCC and Witt cars in service. Looks like the new subway cars will have the same material on the poles as are on the seats.

Overall, it was a well produced video with some interesting scenes in the Harvey Shops and the tunnels. However, doesn't the TTC know that its heritage PCC cars are not from 1938? I believe those PCCs are from 1949, 1950, or 1951. There were a few other errors too, but it is a marketing effort, after all!

The two remaining PCCs date from 1949, the last purchase of new PCCs. All cars purchased after that were second-hand from Cincinnati, Kansas City, Birmingham AL and Cleveland.

They must be referring to the original purchase of the older air-electrics, which started service in 1938.

Check out the views of the new subway train (at 6:19 and 7:00 in the clip). While the interior looks the same as what was shown previously in TTC literature, the exterior appears to have been completely redesigned with a red stripe livery. I like the existing unpainted metal exterior than that colour scheme.
