This site has been under development for such a long time (seems like years that it's just been sitting there) but yet I haven't heard much about it. The bohemian embassy and westside lofts seemed to have their sales centre go up after it and sold out before it !

What's been such the hold up with it ... seems like a desirable spot ???!!!

The landowner had been trying to develop the site for affordable rental housing. That didn't work so it looks like they sold to Streetcar.
