I bought 110 broadway, north tower. SouthEast corner unit. 10th floor.
does anyone knows if south tower will completely block north tower?
and will there be any plan for other high rise building next to the condo on mt.pleasant RD. side

North tower is wider, so there will still be some direct south exposure.... More building are planned for the area

Based on current construction, i would guess early-mid 2025. Anybody else?
