Read this -- ignores housing trends -- people are more interested in experiential urban core lifestyles -- I'm talking Gen-xers, ys and zs plus the new counting mechanism alphas, betas, etcs. Those interested in the rural or ex-urb lifestyle will move to acreages or small town experiences in places like Morinville. Builders need to get with it.
