When I drove the LRT route (66/75 St, 83 St, 95 Ave, Connors Road) yesterday, the roads and traffic signals are almost done. However. most of the rail tracks were still covered with snow, so I highly doubt the trains have been tested recently.

not sure… i’m just looking at last quarter’s 2.8% of the scope completed and 4.6% of the scope left.

Would it be possible that a tiny bit of the scope is completed after the line starts operating? I'm thinking cosmetic things like landscaping and finishing touches.

Q1 was at 90.1%, so an average progression of 2.5% could mean completion by the end of Q1 2022. I’m guessing (as the traffic signals are synchronized with the LRT signals), static and dynamic testing of the system can progress.

Looks like we have Zenos Dichotomy Paradox on our hands. Every quarter, half the remaining work will be done, but it can never be finished.
