Wilson Chang Architect has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site a new 47-unit, 4-storey multiple dwelling building.

The proposal includes the following:

• total Floor Space Ratio of 2.0 (45,098 ft2)
• height of approximately 45 ft.
• one level of underground parking with vehicular access from the rear lane
