Ankenman Marchand Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a new four-storey multiple dwelling building, containing a total of 40 strata dwelling units, having:

  • Approximate overall height of 14.6 m (48.0 ft.)
  • Approximate Floor Space Ratio of 1.70 (2,840 m² / 30,564 sq. ft.)
  • One level of underground parking having vehicular access interconnected from the rear lane
Under the site’s existing RM-11 zoning the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
