I would be surprised if there aren't any plans within the next 5 years.

This is one of those projects where I can't decide if I love it or I don't. I won't really know until the glass and exterior materials go up. It's definitely out of the norm and funky, but at times it looks plain awkward.

I like the exterior design, my only complaint is its too short, I'm a skyscrapers lover, not a midrises admirer.
