What a difference almost 2 years make; the first two phases of the project are basically completed, the new Safeway is open, other retail spaces are coming along. Sidewalk along Arbutus is nice and wide with landscaping.

Indeed. Once construction on Blocks C.D is complete, the public walkway will be fully constructed.
