Couldn't find any threads on this one. Appears to be 6 floors with a heritage component. Not sure what the uses will be, it's a super narrow lot.

Looks like the house on the corner is called the Lougheed Residence, and is getting designated in exchange for additional height and density one site. The site is still zoned industrial and the proposed use is Jewellery Manufacturing.

Built with 5-ply #CLT, this tower will be used to manufacture hand-crafted jewelry, while the heritage house remains a showroom.
The building will target @CaGBC Zero Carbon Building Certification.
