It would be great too if darker and light blue are both being used.

The lighter ones would end up looking clear
- like the ones on the King George Hub towers where you can't tell if they they are green or blue.

First floor retail is leased.

The office levels are just too white. It doesn't march the dark color claddings of the rest of the tower.

I think it's trying to be friendlier to the neighbourhood with the lighter colour.
