The current heritage building at 1650 Burrad St is being renovated, and a 4 storey addition constructed to accommodate the relocation of the Jericho Garrison from their current, 52 acre Point Grey site (which will then be redeveloped).
Not sure who the architect is, but Carillion was awarded the contract for the project, and the new building will be about 230,000 sq ft (per Defence Construction Canada), facing onto 1st Avenue.
