BTW, for someone unfamiliar with this project, what's currently under construction? I can see the retail podium taking shape, I'm guessing the first two residential towers are being built now? Is the third one underway as well?

As far as I know Brentwood 1,2 and 3 are all sold out, so I'm sure they will be built once the podium is finished.
