Yes it is but I wouldn't want to live in those units with tiny and narrow balconies and facing Granville bridge directly, all you'd see is the long concrete wall and inhale the exhaust gas from cars.

I agree, but if you were in one of the top units just above the cars, it would be cool, especially at night.
