Ventura Towers is undergoing a renovations and additions to an existing both 5 storey podium buildings and upgraded to 6 or 7 floors

The Ventura Apartment Buildings is owned by Valery Properties

No renderings or development applications but here is my photo from today

Ventura Towers building podiums update - Since i last visited back in June 2023 an additional floor added and increased from 5 to 6 floors over the summer months on both sides and now Cladding will begin on Robert St side and Hughson St side has been completed

Do I love the design of the addition? No. But it looks like they've done a great job modernizing the existing structure and making the addition sort of look like it it's always been there

Both buildings addition are fully completed (October 2, 2024)

Looks pretty nice actually, doesn't really look out of place.
