Has anyone received any communication from the builder regarding update on the project.
 
Last developer communique was TENTATIVE occupancy October 2021 ( Last July 2020 ) ....hehehehehehe possibly their attempt at being cute

They do Ive Been its fun ..... from what ive read the land STACK is on is set as and to be parkland, they were given a 3 year lease with a 2 year extension. Going on year 3 soon :)
 
Hi there. Does anyone know what these condos will approximately be worth (per sq. ft.) once completed?

Super curious IF each tower will have its own corporation TSCC # or combined , and if the building will register before the lofts are completed.
