Westwood at Pape Village by Centra Homes
Location: 170 Westwood Avenue (Danforth and Pape)

I've been eyeing this project for a while, even though I prefer more modern designs. There are 2000 sq. ft. semis for about $940k.
I couldn't dig up much on the builder (Centra) other than what I heard about someone that bought one of their houses in Richmond Hill. Apparently their standard finishes/colours were either very basic, dated looking or downright ugly. So they had to upgrade a lot to just get the place looking decent.
Anyone else know much about these guys or the project? Any other buyers care to comment?
