Hi all,

I'm going to be working in Toronto after I graduate...my start date is July 5, so I'm looking to make a move to Toronto between June 1 and July 1 (preferably mid-June). I'm just wondering why I haven't seen much starting for June yet on places like Craigslist, given that notice is 90 days (right?)...I would expect a lot more to be available by now. Am I going about it the wrong way by looking on Craigslist (seems like 95% of listings are "Available Now", but I'd rather wrap this up sooner rather than later)?

Start looking in late April - May. Sometime the best deals to be had are the last minute ones.

Notices are usually 60 days not 90... the ones you see on there is because they have been vacant for a while
