Does anyone know why the scaffolding is still up - its been a year and it does not look like any work is being done..

Haven't thought about it before, but you're right! It's been there for a long time, and I've never seen anyone work there, either.

It's got something to do with the roof in danger of collapsing or something to that extent. They still need approval to fix it.
