nothing on the preview website yet ... but based on an printed AD in the recent Condo Guide and a drive-by, this is a proposed condo development by the Brown Group of Companies (same people who are doing Perfect10 condos)

According to this 2006 staff report ... this project is described as "...a 9 storey, 65 unit apartment building ..."

I believe this is similar to the Perfect10 condos in that Brown Group owns the 13s rental building existing on the western portion of the site, and has open space left on the east part where they can build this new structure ... see map below:

I saw a page in the March 2 - 16 issue of the condo guide saying " coming soon". No pic's or nothing just a full page add.
