The city made quick work redoing this intersection. They narrowed Scollard St. between Yonge & Bay, then moved Stollery Parkette slightly south so they would have room for a left turn lane from Davenport to Yonge. They also removed the little island that used to exist at the southeast corner of the intersection. Overall, an improvement. The new left turn lane should take some pressure of Belmont.

Maybe it's just the photos, but the finished product looks quite disappointing. The square element facing the intersection is awkward and the colour of the building is so timid.
 
The new four seasons will dominate the first pic when finished. I have high hopes for this intersection. It has so much potential, but looks so underused.
