Floorplans were released up to the 33rd floor. I am not sure if they reflect the new floorplate design or not.

Add minimum $5000 to these platinum prices--although surely not in this bear market?

I noticed last night that the sign on the Sales Centre on Lombard spells Centre as Center. Where do they think they are??

Really? Charlie looked good to me. I do find Cecconi Simone to be meh, though. Maybe they're too over exposed or something.
 
The large touch screen tables in the sales centre is pretty cool, especially when you select a floorplan, it shows you the actual panoramic view from your suite, as well as lighting up the suite on the physical building mock-up.
 
A very handsome project in a prime location. It was nice to hear from GG today that they have sold 300 units already.
