Update:

It was just over a month ago when we reported on the evolving plans for two new residential towers at the intersection of Strachan Avenue and East Liberty Street in Toronto's King West Village, and now, CentreCourt Developments has begun marketing ZEN King West, the tower on the north side of East Liberty.

Interesting how the marketing doesn't mention Liberty Village and seems to downplay its location within it. Instead they call it King West or SoHo Toronto which is really stretching it.
