The 227-unit building features a design by architects Booth Hansen, who have offices in Chicago and San Francisco. Owing to the sweeping curved form of the tower and its expansive windows, views are afforded in several directions. Located a short walk from Randolph Street's vibrant restaurant row, the building will add 8,700 square feet of retail to the West Loop neighbourhood.

The development is targeting LEED Silver certification and features a number of amenities. A large green roof on top of the three-storey parking podium is one of the standout spaces included in the building, which also offers an outdoor pool and deck, party room, dog run, fitness room, and a rooftop 29th floor terrace.

Forum contributor harryc posted recent photos in the project thread showing the building's construction progress. The top two floors of the tower include higher ceiling heights to house the penthouse suites and mechanical portion of the development. Glazing is still far behind the upper levels of the building, but will soon fully wrap the tower in a blue-tinted glass.
